NOTICE TO BOIL WATER

September 29, 2023

Due a main water line break on IH-14, ONLY customers living along the NORTH SIDE access road of IH-14 between Twin Lakes Estates (dog named streets) & the Industrial Business Park are required to boil their water.

Bacteriological samples will be collected for submittal for analysis. Once lab results return all clear, you will be notified in this same manner that the boil notice has been rescinded.

REMINDER: ALL DRWS customers are required to abide by our Stage 2 drought contingency. That means NO OUTSIDE WATER USAGE.

Stage 2 Drought Warning

 Moderate to Severe Conditions

Due to severe drought conditions and low lake levels, ALL customers of Dog Ridge WSC are now under a Stage 2 Drought Warning.

As per our Tariff:

ALL OUTSIDE WATERING IS PROHIBITED

(Exceptions: livestock, animals, gardens, fruit trees, potted plants)

Penalties for violations will be enforced
